In the last two years, the UK music industry has agreed codes on metadata and transparency with the aim of addressing some of the key issues with music streaming.
This webinar will explain how music-makers can help put these codes into action, with the aim of ensuring that everyone involved in making music is properly credited, efficiently and accurately paid, and able to fully understand how streams of their work generate income.

- How music-makers, managers and their business partners can access and submit the metadata.
- How you can better understand how each music streaming service pays royalties.
- How your labels, distributors and publishers should be reporting streams and payments.

There will also be an update on ongoing work to address other issues with music streaming, including around music-maker remuneration, and how you can help support that work.
